Refund Policy:

We must receive the request for a refund in writing via email to info@pivotalevents.ca within 30 days of purchase in order to receive a full refund. No refunds will be granted after the 30 day grace period.

All other products or events: Once received or charged, payments are final and non-refundable.

All transactions for online purchases are processed in Canadian dollars.
